1. Promoter

This competition is run by Lazy Susan Ltd, UK-registered. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, nor associated with, any social media platform.

2. Eligibility

• United Kingdom, aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
  
• Lazy Susan Ltd, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  

3. Entry Period

This competition starts 10am on 08/08/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 31/08/2025. Entries outside this window will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

There are four ways to enter:

1. If you already own a Lazy Susan Furniture item, upload a photo via the competition landing page.
   
2. Follow the official Lazy Susan Instagram account.
   
3. Follow the official Lazy Susan Facebook page.
   
4. Sign up to the Lazy Susan email newsletter.
   

Important: Only new newsletter subscribers and new social media followers will be accepted as entries. Existing followers or subscribers will not qualify via these methods.

Each person may only enter once via each method (maximum of four entries per person).

Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

5. Prize & Guaranteed Benefit

• Three entrants will be randomly selected to win 1 x Cozze pizza oven
  

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner(s) chosen at random in week commencing 15th September.

• If no response within 7 days, Lazy Susan Ltd reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.

• By participating in the promotion, the entrants accept that in the case of a win, Lazy Susan will contact them further in order to request photos and testimonials related to the prize.
  

7. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  

8. Usage of Personal Data

• Personal data (e.g., email) will be used solely to administer the competition and notify winners unless the entrant has agreed to receive Lazy Susan newsletters.

• By entering via entry method n.1 (upload a photo of your Lazy Susan Furniture) you agree to your photos to be used on our marketing channels
  

9. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
  
• Lazy Susan Ltd reserves the right to
  amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at its sole discretion (e.g., due to unforeseen events).
  
• All decisions by Lazy Susan Ltd are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  

10. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for any loss or damage arising from participation or use of the prize.
  

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  
• The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with the competition.

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Competition Dates

The competition runs from 9th July 2025 to 17th July 2025, inclusive.

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Visit this page
2. Upload a photo of your Lazy Susan Furniture.
3. Provide your email address.
4. Select the charity you wish us to donate to.

5. Guaranteed Donation

Each valid entry will guarantee one donation to the entrant’s chosen charity, as selected during the submission process.

6. Prize

One entrant will be randomly selected to receive a £1,000 donation made by Lazy Susan Ltd to the charity of their choice, as indicated during entry.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any alternative form.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random during the week commencing 28th July 2025.

The winner will be contacted by email. If no response is received within 7 days, Lazy Susan Ltd reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. Data Usage

Email addresses and personal data will only be used to contact the winner and administer the donation.

No data will be shared with third parties without consent.

By entering the competition, you grant Lazy Susan Ltd a licence to use your submitted photo(s) across its digital and print channels, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and promotional materials.

9. General

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Lazy Susan Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.

The offer allows the customer to save 50% off the full price of selected parasols when purchasing a qualifying dining set.

Parasol must be purchased at the same time and discount is automatically applied.

The offer allows the customer to save up to 30% off the full price of selected cushions when purchasing a qualifying dining set.

This voucher entitles the customer to 10% off their first full price Lazy Susan order online at lazysusan.co.uk.

The Free Friendship Garden Bench is offered to eligible schools and charities as part of our 'Do Some Good' campaign. It is available on https://www.lazysusanfurniture.co.uk/ from 20/01/25 until further notice, or while supplies last (the “Promotion Period”). 

The Free Friendship Garden Bench is only available on selected benches. The choice of benches will be communicated once the application has been submitted and reviewed by the Lazy Susan team.

If eligible, each applicant will be limited to 1 (one) free bench. The Free Friendship Garden Bench is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other merchandise and is non-transferable.

Eligibility criteria:

Submission of interest to Lazy Susan is not a guarantee that Lazy Susan will provide a Free Friendship Bench to the organisations. Lazy Susan reserves the right to select submissions without any further approval by the applicant.

Use of your UGC (User Generated Content):

Lazy Susan may use your content (i.e. photo or video submissions), in whole or in part or as part of Lazy Susan campaigns on any of Lazy Susan marketing channels and website.

9) By submitting images or videos to Lazy Susan, each entrant confirms and warrants that:

a) They are the sole author of each entry and that it is their original work;

b) They own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each image;

c) They have the permission of anyone pictured in the image (or, where the image shows any persons under 18, the consent of their parent/guardian) or the usage rights required by Lazy Susan and will indemnify Lazy Susan against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement;

d) They have not licensed or disposed of any rights in the image that would conflict with uses to be made by Lazy Susan;

e) They have received any necessary permissions from the owner(s) of objects including buildings included in submitted images for the usage rights required by Lazy Susan and will indemnify Lazy Susan against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement.

f) Lazy Susan have permission to use the imagery provided across their marketing channels and website.

The Free Friendship Garden Bench is available to UK customers only and will exclude some postcodes where we cannot deliver (these will be communicated after your submission).

Employees of Lazy Susan LTD, affiliates, subsidiaries, individuals or entities contractually obligated to provide content to Lazy Susan are not eligible to receive any compensation pursuant to these terms and conditions.

Except as otherwise set out herein, all gifts are subject to Lazy Susan Ltd’s standard Terms and Conditions which are expressly incorporated herein by reference.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoters
This giveaway is organised by Lazy Susan LTD and Green Feathers ("the Promoters").

2. Prize
The prize is a bundle including:

• Lazy Susan Tulip Bistro Set
• Green Feathers WiFi Bird Box HD Camera Complete Pack

The total bundle value is just over £500. No cash or other prize alternatives are available. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.

3. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of Lazy Susan LTD and Green Feathers, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the giveaway.
• One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 5th of March and closes on 12th of March at 11:59 PM GMT. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

1) Entrants are able to enter via three (3) channels: email subscription, Instagram and/or Facebook.

2) To enter via email, entrants must visit https://www.lazysusanfurniture.co.uk/pages/Competition/ and enter their details in the form, consenting to receive marketing emails from The Promoter.

3) To enter via Facebook, entrants must ‘like’ the Facebook page Lazy Susan Furniture, then ‘like’ the Facebook post that relates to this competition.

4) To enter via Instagram, entrants must ‘follow’ the Instagram page @lazysusanfurniture, then ‘like’ the Instagram post that relates to this competition, and tag another Instagram account in the comments.

5) Each method of entry will be considered as an individual entry to the competition, therefore entrants are permitted up to three (3) entries into the competition.

6) Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries in week commencing the 17th of March 2025.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be dispatched to the winner’s UK address within 14 days of confirmation.

8. General

• The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
• The Promoters are not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
• The decision of the Promoters is final and binding.
• The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in exceptional circumstances.
• The Promoters may contact the winner to share a photo of the products once they have been received. These photos may be used on our marketing channels.

By entering, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway, in accordance with the respective privacy policies of Lazy Susan LTD and Green Feathers.

Entry and Competition T&C

1. Entry and Eligibility

1.1. To enter this competition, participants must sign up to our newsletter.
1.2. Entrants will be required to nominate a charity of their choice and provide a brief description explaining their selection.
1.3. This competition is open to residents of mainland UK who are aged 18 years or older.
1.4. The competition is open to first-time subscribers only.
1.5. Entries that do not comply with these eligibility requirements will be disqualified.

2. Competition Details

2.1. This is a recurring monthly competition, with one winner selected each month.
2.2. The prize is a £250 donation made directly to the charity nominated by the winning entrant.
2.3. Each month, all qualifying entries will be entered into a random name generator to select the winner.

3. Winner Notification

3.1. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during subscription within seven (7) days of the competition closing.
3.2. Before contacting the winner, we will verify that they have complied with all competition rules.
3.3. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

4. General Terms

4.1. This competition is not affiliated, sponsored, or administered by Instagram, Facebook or any other third-party platform.
4.2. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to the use of their submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.3. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice.

5.1. Participants' personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
