We ordered an Amelia, round six seater set with lazy Susan, cushions and parasol. Lovely furniture and looks great in our garden. Unfortunately the table was scratched. I sent photos to the service teams and they sent us a new table top, which arrived within a week. So pleased with the service and prompt dealing with the problem. Thank you so much.

Very pleased with our new patio furniture. It was very well packed and had good easy to follow assembly instructions. Have enjoyed having friends round and eating outside seated at our lovely new table and chairs.

Absolutely brilliant. Excellent website. Great telephone communication. Delivered as and when indicated by polite and helpful couriers. Easy to assembly and perfect on the patio. Just love it. So please we were able to see some at Stansted Farm Shop so we could view before we bought it.

Fantastic from start to finish; great customer service, amazing garden furniture; we bought an eight seater and a two seater table and chairs with parasol base, parasol and cushions in slate grey. Slight scratch and crack in one of the seats but one call to customer service and it was sorted out; highly recommend their furniture!

I really love our furniture from Lazy Susan, and I'm hopeful it will stand the test of time outdoors here in Cornwall. The Customer Service has been excellent, first when an offer code wasn't initially working and was corrected in seconds after a brief phone call. Then, when my husband accidentally drilled a few shallow holes into our new table when working on a project, the CS team quickly replied to my email by sending metal filler and touch up paint at no extra cost, sorting it on a Sunday, no less. Really amazing service and a beautiful bunch of products! My only suggestion for ways to improve the experience would be to look into more eco-friendly packaging, as there was quite a lot of plastic tape and bubble wrap used to protect the parts of the furniture.
