Winter Shipping Schedule 2017:
During the Winter period our dispatches are limited to only a few days a week. This means that the lead time can increase to 2-3 days. If you require more specific details about deliveries during this period, do not hesitate to send an email to sales@lazysusanfurniture.co.uk

Lazy Susan are pleased to offer the vast majority of our customers free delivery, Monday-Friday. At checkout you can state which day you would like to accept delivery in the 'comments box'. If you have a query, please do not hesitate to send an email to sales@lazysusanfurniture.co.uk - our customer service team aims to reply to emails within 2 hours during normal office hours.

We have four different delivery methods, which are dependent on the combination of items ordered. This is stated below:

1. Small Parcels (operated by Parcelforce)
  • Free Next day delivery (subject to order being placed before midday, excludes 'out of area' postcodes)
  • Hand delivered
  • You can track progress on a real-time map
  • This can be tracked all the way down to a final 1H timeslot
  • SMS text notification
  • Option to reschedule alternate dates if delivery failed, click here
  • Available upgrades at checkout include 'Pre 12' deliveries (£15) and 'Saturday' deliveries (£30)
2. Large Parcels (operated by Parcelforce)
  • Free Next day delivery (subject to order being placed before midday, excludes 'out of area' postcodes)
  • Hand delivered
  • You can track progress on a real-time map
  • Email notification with a tracking number provided on dispatch
  • Option to reschedule alternate dates if delivery failed, click here
  • Available upgrades at checkout include 'Pre 12' deliveries (£15) and 'Saturday' deliveries (£30)
3. Pallet (operated by Geodis)
  • Standard transit time 2-3 working days
  • Items delivered to your curbside securely strapped on a wooden pallet
  • Online tracking available from the day of dispatch on Geodis 24/7
  • Geodis call you prior to the delivery to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience
  • Standard delivery any day Monday to Friday 
  • Available upgrades at checkout include 'Saturday' deliveries (£30)

*Delivery Timescale is based on historical delivery times. This is the time in transit of your order. If your order is placed before 2pm, we can normally process and dispatch the same day, if the order is made after this time, we will dispatch the next working day.

Surcharges are applied automatically at checkout for areas that are not included in Free Delivery. This surcharge is related to the size/weight of your Order.

International: Please call us on 01243 71 71 97 or email sales@lazysusanfurniture.co.uk and we can advise on delivery to Europe and beyond. Please tell us which set you are interested in and where you live, including the area code. We will then confirm the exact delivery cost.

We have previously sent furniture sets to France, Ireland, Spain, Holland, Switzerland, Japan, Guernsey, Jersey, Majorca, Belgium, Denmark, Jordan...the list goes on. We are able to offer this network through our numerous distribution partners. We cover a certain percentage of the delivery costs ourselves.
