Returns Policy

 

Faulty Goods


We do our best to ensure that all our products are delivered in immaculate condition and free of any faults. However, we do offer a 14 day money back guarantee for faulty products.
We ask that you supply us with evidence of any faults you report to us. We will then be able to provide you with a replacement product or a full refund, equal to the value of the returned product.
We ask that any faulty product returned to us is made available for return in the exact condition in which it was delivered, in the original packaging or similar. Any item that is not suitably packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a £45 charge may then be levied, to cover the cost of arranging the collection.


If the collection conditions are met and an item is collected as scheduled, we do not apply a collection charge for faulty goods. As soon as the faulty product has been successfully returned to us, we will arrange for you a replacement product or a full refund as soon as possible.

 


Non-Faulty Goods


If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return some or all of the items from your order, please make contact with our friendly team within 14 days of your original purchase in the first instance.
You can then choose to return the goods to us at your own expense or ask us to arrange a collection of the goods. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. This cost will be agreed with you when you arrange the return with a member of our team and will depend on the item or items being returned.


We ask that any non-faulty product returned to us is made available for return in the exact condition in which it was delivered, in the original packaging or similar. Any item that is not suitably packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a £45 charge may then be levied, to cover the cost of arranging the collection.


We will issue refunds within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund if any non-faulty items are returned damaged.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we encourage you to contact our friendly Customer Service Team on 01243 717197. They will be very happy to help you and will endeavour to assist you in any way they can.


In the event that an order is placed that is, for logistical reasons, too complex to deliver, Lazy Susan reserves the right to cancel it. In this event, the affected order will be treated as a cancelled order and we will provide a refund, if any monies have been paid.


Damaged Delivery:
If you think that your order might be damaged:
a) Please accept delivery and check which box(es) are likely to be damaged
b) Please sign the delivery note as ‘damage to tabletop’, ‘damage to chairs’, ‘damage to parasol’.
It is important that the delivery note specifies what is damaged, so that we can ensure that a speedy repair or replacement is provided for you.
c) Please rest assured that we at Lazy Susan will never try to avoid our responsibility to you as our valued customer. Our first priority is to make sure that you are truly happy with your purchase, so we will do everything that we can to help you.


Often, we find that minor damage, such as scratches, can be easily repaired with touch-up paint. We supply this to you at no charge for easy and quick application to the surface of your furniture. In many cases, this completely restores the finish of the product, restoring it to the immaculate condition you rightly expect.
Should you not be happy with the result of the touch-up paint, you are most welcome to contact our team, who will be more than happy to seek a further solution for you.
