Pallet deliveries for some 4/6/8 and 10 seater sets
99.85% of orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hrs and delivered within 2/3 days, making this the fastest service possible. Deliveries on pallets are made by Geodis, a trusted partner, which will take in charge the delivery of the products from our warehouse in Essex right to your door. We ask the carrier to deliver the goods in a vehicle with a tail-lift so the consignment can be lowered to the ground and delivered to the front of your home ie kerbside.
As your garden furniture is securely wrapped on a wood pallet, is it possible for the driver to use his pallet truck on a concrete /hard surface to manoeuvre the load a little. ie to the garage.
Geodis will always call the customer when the pallet is ready at the local depot to agree on a specific delivery date, Monday - Friday. It is also possible to upgrade your delivery to a pre-noon delivery, this costs around £10 or to a Saturday delivery which costs £35.
Benches, Bistro sets and some 2/4/6 seater sets99.94% of orders dispatched within 1 working day on a next-day delivery service. Most of our customers are amazed at how fast the delivery is made.
Lazy Susan use a number of carriers including Parcelforce and DHL to deliver these items, depending on the dimensions of the goods. Please make sure that you give us a mobile number so Parcelforce will be able to text you the delivery date and subsequently they will text to tell you the precise hour that the goods will arrive ie between 11.34 and 12.34.
Additional Information:Incorrect surcharge:If for some reason you are not charged the correct amount at checkout, we will place your order on hold until we contact you and discuss if you would like to proceed with the order. If the delivery is more than quoted, you are well within your rights to cancel your order at this point.
Damaged Delivery:If you think that your order might be damaged:
a) Please accept delivery and check which box(es) are likely to be damaged
b) Sign the delivery note as ‘damage to tabletop’, ‘damage to chairs’, ‘damage to parasol’. The delivery note must specify what is damaged, so that we can ensure a speedy repair or replacement.
c) Rest assured that Lazy Susan will never try to avoid our responsibility and our first priority is to make sure that our customer is happy with their purchase, so don't worry.
Often we find that minor damage such as scratches can be repaired with touch up paint. In this case we can offer compensation of either free gifts or discounts to the customer.
As deliveries are made by a third party company, we have little direct influence over delivery times. But you are able with most carriers to upgrade your delivery options for a small fee.
Pallets: Pre noon £10 Pre 1000 am £20 Saturday £35
Signing for delivery: Deliveries are to your front door. Someone will need to be in to sign for the delivery. If you cannot be in, please ensure a neighbour will be in on the stated/requested day. We would not want your order to be left outside your door for insurance reasons, and therefore ask the delivery company to return the order to your local depot, and have to rearrange for another day. You could incur a re-delivery charge.
Order processing: Orders received past 4pm on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Therefore the expected delivery time will be from this point of processing onwards.
Next-day delivery: For next day deliveries, orders need to be received before 12 noon in order to be processed and dispatched within the same day for delivery the very next day. If an order is placed after 12 noon, at the weekend, or on a bank holiday, we will process and dispatch the order the next working day. Next day deliveries cannot be guaranteed. If we fail to meet this request, we will refund the surcharge and have the order delivered as soon as possible. If incorrect delivery information was given or you are not in for attempted delivery and subsequently the delivery is delayed, we will not refund the surcharge.
Lazy Susan Furniture shall use reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery, the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery however caused. Lazy Susan reserves the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.
ReturnsFaulty Goods: A 7 day money back guarantee exists for faulty products. Evidence of any faults will be needed to be supplied by the customer. This means that a replacement product can be offered or alternatively we will offer a full refund equal to the value of the returned product.
It is essential that any faulty product is made available for return in the exact condition in which it was delivered, along with the original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover the cost of failed collection. There will be no collection charges for faulty goods if the preceding conditions are adhered to. Once the faulty product has been successfully returned, a replacement product or a full refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.
Non-Faulty Goods: If the customer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase, contact with us must be made within seven days of the original purchase, if he/her wishes to return some or all items from his/her order. The customer can either arrange to return the goods to the supplier at his/her own cost or ask a collection to be made at the cost of £75 which will be deducted from the refund. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the customer and in the original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover the cost of failed collection.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
