When will my order be dispatched?

Lazy Susan operates 2 warehouses, which have different staffing levels, our current performance is:

Eastleigh Warehouse is picking and packing orders within 2-3 working days. We have tried to make this information clear on the product pages.

Burton Warehouse is picking and packing orders within 10-12 day working days, some are a little faster and a few might be a day or two slower. We have the stock and it has been reserved for you so you will receive your order just as fast as we can manage.

How are the carriers performing?

Given the circumstances, all of the carriers are doing really well. We are from time to time not getting a collection from our warehouse because of driver shortages, so it's to be expected that deliveries are likely to take a day or two longer than normal.

Lazy Susan are pleased to offer the vast majority of our customers free delivery, Monday-Friday. At checkout you can state any special requirements or important information to be communicated to the carrier in the 'comments' box.

If you have a query, please do not hesitate to send an email to [email protected] - our customer service team aims to reply to emails within 2 hours during normal office hours.

We have three different delivery methods, which are dependent on the combination of items ordered. This is stated below:

** Transit time for pallet orders may vary depending on destination postcodes
Appointment scheduled for all pallet deliveries directly with the carrier (further details below)

1. Small Parcels (operated by Parcelforce)
  • Free Next day delivery possible (subject to order being placed before midday, excludes 'out of area' postcodes)
  • Please note this means we will book a 24h service with the carrier. Unfortunately we cannot promise a certain delivery date as we cannot exclude the possibility of delays. 
  • Hand delivered
  • You can track progress on a real-time map
  • This can be tracked all the way down to a final 1h timeslot (communicated by SMS on the morning of the delivery)
  • SMS text notification sent by Parcelforce (please provide a mobile phone number for this service)
  • Option to reschedule to an alternate date or collect at a local depot if delivery has failed, click here
  • Available upgrades at checkout include 'Pre 12' deliveries (£10) and 'Saturday AM' deliveries (£30)

 

2. Large Parcels (operated by Parcelforce)
  • Free Next day delivery possible (subject to order being placed before midday, excludes 'out of area' postcodes)
  • Hand delivered
  • You can track progress on a real-time map
  • Email notification with a tracking number provided on dispatch
  • Option to reschedule alternate dates if delivery failed, click here
  • Available upgrades at checkout include 'Pre 12' deliveries (£15) and 'Saturday' deliveries (£30)

 

3. Pallet (operated by Geodis)
  • Standard transit time 2-3 working days
  • Items delivered to your curbside securely strapped on a wooden pallet
  • Online tracking available from the day of dispatch on Geodis 24/7
  • Call from the carrier prior to the delivery to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience
  • Standard delivery any day Monday to Friday 
  • Available upgrades at checkout include 'Saturday' deliveries (£30)

 

International: Please call us on 01243 71 71 97 or email [email protected] and we can advise on delivery to Europe and beyond. Please tell us which set you are interested in and where you live, including the area code. We will then confirm the exact delivery cost.

We have previously sent furniture sets to France, Ireland, Spain, Holland, Switzerland, Japan, Guernsey, Jersey, Majorca, Belgium, Denmark, Jordan...the list goes on. We are able to offer this network through our numerous distribution partners. We cover a certain percentage of the delivery costs ourselves.
