The order procedure and response to questions about colour and delivery were fantastic- immediate helpful responses. Delivery was as promised. We ordered a jasmine bench which is great now it is finally made. My OH struggled for an hour as one of the holes to attach the back of the bench to the arms was slightly misaligned. Much blue air! Bench itself is perfect for 2 and looks great- time will tell on its durability.

Good quality furniture. No issues at all.
Bought this item in spring 2016 with a matching side table. Slight problem with side table which Lazy Susan rectified immediately, no quibble. The bench and side table look brilliant on the decking in my garden and they have survived the winter weather no problem and, of course, it is maintenance-free! Just needs a little wipe now and then!

Very quick service and delivery spot on. The hour slot provided by courier was very helpful and meant we weren't waiting around for ages! , The garden bench is for an elderly relative and is presently in hospital so has not yet seen it! It is however made up ready for him, and once it is in situ for him to use, I will be able to give a proper review.

I have bought various items from Lazy Susan and all purchases have arrived quickly and the order delt with efficiently. I have once received 7 right hand arms and one left arm to a set of 4 chairs but this was delt with immediately and I have since ordered another item so that must show I am satisfied with the quality of the product and the service.
