Totally satisfied with all aspects.
Delivery was very fast from placing the order. Items were well packed. Have yet to assemble but instructions look quite simple.
Your delivery was excellent. We were not left in any doubt whatsoever as to when delivery could be expected. Kept in touch every step of the way. The product was well wrapped and self assembly items ie screws, nuts etc were well supplied. We can recommend Lazy Susan products, delivery etc. with confidence.
90cm table and chairs arrived here in sunny sunny Spain from rainy England in super quick time. (packaging very good). Each kit contained more than enough nuts, screws and washers (some spares) - assembly was very easy and every part fitted correctly. Slight problem with the central blank-off boss in the middle hole of the table, but soon rectified with a file. All in all, well pleased with the design, finish and comfort of use. Nice table and chairs.
Product ordered arrived in good time and in good condition.
Everything I have experienced, so far, has been excellent. I ordered by 'phone and was treated with courtesy and understanding. My request for a delayed delivery was agreed without question. I am very happy with the furniture received. However the delivery and customer service could be improved. The order was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday but when it arrived only two of four chairs had been sent. I contacted *** who apologised and rescheduled delivery for Thursday and offered to send a free shopper as way of apology. I was happy with this and understand mistakes do happen. After booking a second day off work on Thursday however I contacted *** in the morning to confirm the delivery time as I had not yet received an email from the courier. I was called back a few minutes later to say the delivery would not be arriving as the courier had not collected the parcel and blamed the courier company. I find it unacceptable that *** had not realised this themselves and had not contacted me to inform me. I instead wasted a days leave and would have had to wait in all day too had I not contacted them. Delivery wash rearranged for Saturday and did arrive as scheduled.
Very satisfied with the quality of the product and shipping achieved within the timeframe.

The customer care was excellent. The garden furniture was delivered exactly at the arranged time. The furniture itself is just as described and just what we wanted and it was easy to put together. Cannot fault anything.
