Very good service and good quality products. The tables and chairs are aluminium so easy to move yet not too light to be blown over by stone winds. very satisfied.
Easy to follow assembly instructions and attractive design.
Generally very pleased with the quality of the table and chairs. The reason I have given 4 stars and not five is because there are some quite rough sharp edges on the backs of the chairs. Delivered quickly and we’ll packed.
Following my review above Lazy Susan have agreed to replace 3 chair backs. Therefore I change my score to 5 stars. There customer service is excellent.
We’re very pleased with this product. It’s good value for money. The after-sales service is one of the best I’ve come across.
BEAU SOLIDE ET FACILE A MONTER
Excellent product which arrived in good time. It was well packaged. The customer service was prompt and efficient. Not difficult to assemble but it did take over 4 hours to construct the oval table and six chairs. I would recommend you have a size 14 ring spanner to hand as the little one provided would slow you down, a battery operated screw driver and another person to help unpack the parts and chat to while you do it! Oh yes, look up the care instructions...

Easy to order, staff very helpful. Delivery was on time and carried round to the back garden. Easy to assemble and manoeuvre into the correct place. The cushions look amazing and the parasol is simple to operate. All good and we love it. Thank you.
Very pleased with the helpful service when I placed my order by phone on a Sunday morning, delivery was exactly onetime and very efficient. There was some damage to one of the chairs (possibly manufacture default)I sent a picture on email and received a call within 15 minutes of sending email, apologised for inconvenience and sent out a replacement which was perfect. Would recommend quality and service without hesitation, ?
