Every aspect of the service was efficient. Packaging was superb. Delivery time excellent. Product easy to assemble. Clear instructions. Only problem is the black plastic covers for the bolts etc do not fit tight and as soon as the table or chairs are moved they fall off.
Looked exactly what we were looking for. The samples were useful and enabled us to choose the colour we wanted. Easy order process and not at all disappointed when it arrived quite quickly. Well packed for transit and easy enough to assemble although I did find the spanners in my personal toolbox much more robust than the adequate ones supplied. Looks great when assembled so a VERY happy customer. A highly rated product and service.
Ordering the tables, chairs and cushions was very simple with the help of ***. He was most efficient and polite. The goods were very well packed and arrived as promised. This beautiful and very well made furniture has greatly enhanced our already lovely garden. We would certainly recommend Lazy Susan service and goods any time.
Delivery was within a couple of days, the chairs and table took some time to assemble. You are better equipped if you have a 14mm and 10mm ring spanner, you will find it easier. The set of six chairs and table are great, very pleased, not cheap but good quality. Glad we purchased them thank you
