Unfortunately I have only received 2 (of4) chairs. The phone has been constantly engaged, I have emailed but as yet no response. It is a shame, but this is hindering an otherwise good experience.

Excellent efficient service with good quality product
We’re very pleased with our antique bronze Alice table and 6 April chairs. We had a few issues over missing nuts and bolts and the fact that the instructions for the table on the web site were incorrect. However, customer care were excellent and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful so the issues were quickly resolved. We have already recommended Lazy Susan to a friend.
I'm very pleased with my table & four chairs, which I ordered in antique bronze, along with a parasol base & four chair pads in terracotta. Unfortunately, my table was damaged, which was quickly replaced. I had a few problems regarding the self assembly, as it was my first time, but Siobhan on the help desk was very patient and helpful. In the end, it was all very straightforward, once I knew what I was doing. The quality of everything is very good and I would definitely recommend the company and the best helpdesk I've ever dealt with.
Really like my furniture looks great, cushions are lovely great product.
