Excellent service I ordered at lunchtime on the Wednesday and the furniture was delivered on the Friday.
The 4 chairs were fine, however, the interface between the 4 legs and the table top did not look right. After I tightened up the screws, the top became slightly unstable. And after unpacking the parasol, we found that the top had a few scratches. The delivery was ok.
Good quality furniture, manufactured with care and that matches our expectation. We had some difficulties during delivery but not due to Lazy Susan that proved very regardful to our questions and answered each of our emails. Serious firm and trustworthy I think which is good as they sell quality and well finished furniture.
The furniture is original and quality, I assembled it easily. Easy and live follow-up and quick enough delivery, with a little present on top, very nice. This is a reliable website on every aspects.

I ordered a table, four chairs, a parasol, cushions and parasol base. I ordered the wrong chairs initially - it was really easy to amend my order. I was given a choice of delivery times to suit me. It arrived on time and the driver was really helpful (I was on my own). When unpacked I was delighted - buying things on the internet can sometimes be disappointing in 'the flesh', not so here. Fabulous quality and finish. A real treat.
Overall very good service. Customer care team (Kate) excellent. Arrived on time, packaging was of a very high standard (on pallet). No damage and all piece parts / fixings quantities correct. Quality of the product is very good (slight misalignment of table legs). Good value for money, quality product and excellent service. Having just moved into a new house which by default means we are interacting with quite a few suppliers, it is refreshing that we have found a company that gets everything right first time.
My furniture is lovely except that the table does not sit very well in a level position. It rocks a little when weight is placed on it. I had to ask my son-in-law to assemble it and hadn't realised that it needed quite a bit of assembly. The delivery was very good and the furniture came right to the door. The furniture is good value for money and I would definitely recommend the service.
The product looks good and arrived on time and via a very helpful, friendly delivery driver but I was disappointed with the weight both of the chairs and the table, which didn't stand up to the winds on Merseyside and blew over.
