I bought my garden furniture a couple of years ago and it still looks great. However, during bad weather during the winter months a chair blew over and some damage occurred. I contacted Lazy Susan Furniture and they were able to supply the parts l needed. Furthermore, these were at a very, very reasonable cost. Customer service was was absolutely fantastic (I dealt with ***) and everything was sorted quickly and without any fuss. Highly recommended and many thanks!

Good quality product, easy to assemble

The whole process of ordering and using the website was very straightforward and easy. Good selection of products. The order arrived on the stated day. My husband was impressed with the instructions and the ease of assembly. One chair leg was broken. It was reported on a Bank holiday weekend. We had an immediate response and a replacement was despatched immediately. Excellent service all round and we would recommend. The furniture looks good on our patio and we are very pleased with it.
Overall, very happy with my purchase and I would recommend you to others. My order was delivered quickly and the self-assembly instruction were simple & clear. The assembled tables and chairs look great. My only niggle is with the hardware. My delivery comprised 2 tables & 10 chairs, and the packaging of some items differed from the packaging of others. No difference whatsoever with the cast aluminium in all packages but the hardware in the first set of packages worked perfectly and there was exactly the right number of washers, nuts etc. In the second set of packages there was an excess of every type of hardware (no bad thing) but some of the items were sub-standard, e.g. plastic nut covers are too loose & just fall off. Eventually managed to assemble with a little improvisation. Now looking forward to lots of use during what I'm sure will be a long hot summer!
