I'm happy with my purchase. It cost more than i wanted to spend for a patio set but guessed it would be an investment because it's no maintenance and the quality is good.
Good, quick delivery. Packaged well. Easy to assemble and looks good. I bought the terracotta cushions and parasol and they are all good, although I think the cushions are quite expensive for what they are but they fit the chairs nicely.
Excellent customer service
The furniture is really well made and easy to assemble, although it did take longer than expected because of all the bolts to do up.
There was a couple of small chips out of the paint on one of the chairs but Customer service were very helpful and despatched some touch up paint very quickly

The product that I bought was of excellent quality - even better than I had expected. It also arrived promptly. Although I was somewhat embarrassed by the large amount of bubble-wrap I had to take to the refuse dump afterwards.
There was a manufacturing fault in one of the items, but I was impressed how quickly this was dealt with - a replacement part was sent within a couple of days, at no charge.
I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
Lovely quality and simple to build.
I purchased a table set a few years ago and it still looks great. I recently needed some new cushions and parasol. Jethro gave great customer service and advice to also ensure I had the correct items for the table set. The delivery was quick and the table looks great. I highly recommend the lazy Susan products and the after sales service.
Purchased a June Table and six April Chairs which arrived promptly and were very well packed.
Assembly was straight forward and we were very pleased with the quality and look of the product. However, on assembly we found one of the chairs had a minor problem. On contacting the service department they were friendly, efficient and proactive in resolving the problem. Always a sign of a good company. Would have no hesitation in recommending ‘Lazy Susan Ltd’.
From initially perusing the website, to making our choices, to calling the service team, to placing the order, to receiving advice and suggestions, to receiving the order, to opening it up and assembling everything - wow!!! First Class service all the way. Our furniture is in the garden and being used every day (thank goodness for the better weather!)
(although it HAS rained upon it, and we are not even worried!)
