The product is very pretty, it was delivered quickly. Even though I live in Austria I didn't have to pay for any delivery expenses. Simply great!
The product we ordered was delivered quickly. The quality of the garden furniture is respectable. Only the bronze paint is a little susceptible. One little complaint we had (a faulty mechanism) was handled in a friendly and professional manner. All in all we're very pleased.
The table and the chairs are a feast for the eyes. The chairs could be slightly bigger. This shouldn't be a problem though if one has standard dimensions. Unfortunately, my swapped Lazy Susan had the same defect as the first one. The bearing is really bad so I can't recommend it! I would order the table and the chairs again. The assembly is quite easy and the quality is good as well.
Just WOW, from the first super nice and competent telephone conversation, to samples within two days, orders with special gifts, delivery, easy assembly with great online assembly instructions. Little bottles of touch-up paint were sent super fast afterwards to deal with a small complaint. And then the result - mega WOW. By the way, the new cushion shape for the April chairs now fits perfectly. I have and will recommend Lazy Susan to others.
Excellent customer service. The initial delivery contained wrongly labelled boxes but this was the fault of the supplier. The correct items were substituted within 24 hours. Delighted with the quality of the final result. Recommended.
Ordered on a saturday - received our goods on the next wednesday. The furniture are in great condition. There's nothing to complain about. I would definitely shop at Lazy Susan again.

order procedure was slow due to delay in answering e-mails. Currier could have been better. We chose Kate chairs as they looked comfortable but the backs cut into you. The table had a crack in the powder coating of about three inches.
We are very pleased with the furniture. It was easy to assembly and is of excellent quality. As the furniture is aluminium, it is easy enough to lift. I would highly recommend Lazysusan. The delivery was by Parcelforce. For some reason, they split the order which was a bit inconvenient.
