Super fast service, quick delivery and super nice delivery man, who left the goods as close as possible to the assembly place, super easy assembly (and all material fully provided - no need to buy specific screwdrivers!), the whole set really looks FANTASTIC!!!! and very good quality!

When my furniture did not arrive on the day promised, I made four separate phone calls without any return call despite the assurance that I would be called back on each occasion. I was finally called by the company owner at 7:20 in the evening. My furniture eventually arrived on the following day. Whilst I am very pleased with the product, I believe that customer relations is somewhat suspect.
Pleased with the aesthetics but balancing the chair feet correctly is not easy and the seat is still wobbly!
Problems receiving confirmation e mail, but was able to check online what was happening with my order. I asked for Friday delivery and goods arrived on the Friday. Delivery driver called to advise of delivery time and called to say he was running late even though it was only a 20 min delay, which I appreciated as too many times a delivery due in the morning has failed to arrive before tea time.Table and chairs were easy to assemble and good quality.We are very pleased with them and the service.
Very helpful staff especially regarding delivery flexibility and options. Spring washers were missing from hardware so had to buy from hardware store to finish assembly.
Everything was super fast, top quality, assembly is pretty easy, plenty of small parts and screws. I am completely satisfied.
Very easy to order on line delivery was prompt . . . as promised construction of item was relatively simple although supplied instructions could have been more detailed and informative.
Delivery was exceptional. Arrived in less than two days. Table assembly was relatively easy and the finished product was great. The green parasol fits in beautifully in a garden setting. We would have liked high backed seat cushions in green to match the parasol but these are not available.
