We purchased the Frances 6 seater table and 6 Emma chairs. We received our order very promptly (delivery was due on the Thursday but as I wouldn't be around to receive it I was offered the Wednesday, which impressed me). The delivery driver was also excellent and brought all the furniture round the house to the back garden. I was delighted that the chairs were fully assembled and the table only needed limited construction. It arrived at 11.30 and by lunch it was in use. All the furniture was well protected with padded card covering. I had a small problem with the lazy susan but this was dealt with immediately. We are delighted with the whole set and very impressed with the service from the company overall. You would be hard pushed to find furniture of a similar quality at such a competitive price. Would highly recommend Lazy Susan furniture.
Excellent product - looks great. Sales service was excellent. However, a few niggles which were very frustrating: - delivery - got 5 out of 6 items quickly - was not aware of the split shipment which caused confusion and phone call to you - the 6th time, table. took another week to arrive 9 it was Easter) - Parcel force attempted delivery on a day when I had told them no one was in. They then loaded it again the next day so I stayed in to await delivery - but they didn't manage to do it - they agreed to ring me the following day to confirm delivery - but did not. I was just about to call again when it arrived late afternoon. - the day after purchase, told no Lazy Susan in stock until June - Time consuming to assemble, especially the chairs - lost a washer - would have been kind to provide one or two spares - Table did not come with spring washers described in assembly instruction. When I rang, was told did not need them. A little note would have saved me rummaging though all the packaging again and again! - the spanners provided were poor and soon worn so that they did not work effectively. Not a problem with the charts as there was one with each chair - but it was an issue with the table. Despite this, very pleased with it.
Good quality & easy to put together and looks fab. 4 stars instead of 5 because we were a few tool bits missing (ok as husband has loads!) & lazy Susan part not arriving until June.

A great set of garden furniture. Looks stunning when completed. Don’t underestimate the effort to build up the flat pack set however. Instructions are basic, indeed not the best photocopy. Hard to make some of it out. A video on YouTube as to how it’s done would be useful. Some small parts missing on the table
Great help on the telephone, and with delaying mailing to suit our return from holiday! Fabulous to have a hopefully trouble-free table and chairs, to be cleaned only next year, not sanded and treated as in the past!
Really easy to order from the website. Fast delivery. All well packaged with plenty of protection. Kept informed of the delivery process and was told very quickly that the Lazy Susan company had run out of Lazy Susan's! (Dispatched when back in stock). All items (chairs and table easy to assemble). For those interested the pair of chairs Took me 12 minutes to unpack and 14 minutes for each chair to assemble (used my own tools not the supplied Spanner and screwdriver). The large six seater table took a total of 45 minutes to unwrap and assemble. The table and chairs are of good construction and should last the test of time. Overall very happy with the purchase and customer service. Happy to recommend this company. .
