very pleased with the furniture good value for money the only thing I think would be better if you supplied an extra packet of bolts and washers as some of the packets didn't have enough of everything in them many thanks
As we wanted to see the patio furniture we drove to the warehouse in Chichester, staff were very helpful. Ordered table and six chairs on Wednesday afternoon delivered 10 am Friday morning, just what we wanted. Service was excellent from start to finish.
It is a bit of a faff putting the furniture together but I am happy with the product and the efficiency of the company sending the product so quickly. The staff were very polite on the telephone and very efficient.
A part of our lazy Susan had broken and gone rusty so I telephoned to see if we could get a replacement for it, this was done very quickly and efficiently with no charge. Thank you LazysusAnfurniture.
Service and customer support were excellent Some of the chair legs had scratches and paint blemishes on them when we opened them, but they were quickly replaced If you follow the instructions for making the chairs up you will have problems getting the plastic bolt covers on. You need to make up the seat of the chair and fit the arms before tightening any of the nuts and boltss, then put the legs on All the screws for the chair arms and the table are all too long (about 5mm) so that the plastic covers do not cover the bolts
