Very helpful. Product arrived very quickly, and was easy to assemble. There are 3 "stoppers" in the neck to fit different size parasols - would be useful if minimum and maximum diameter parasols were shown on your web site. However, I got the info from a phone call.
Very slow to respond to a request for information, but item ordered arrived very quickly - and is very attractive and of high quality.
Exemplary service in every way
The first parasol base I received had some paint missing. I sent a photo of the damage and requested a replacement. This was sent within 48 hours but with no communication at all. I didn't know if I was required to return the damaged item or not. Service was very good but communication could be better!
