Parasol Base White

This is the third time we've bought furniture from Lazy Susan and once again, it's great service. Everyone I've dealt with has been so helpful, even with our last return which was our fault for selecting the wrong colour! Lazy Susan deserves to do well.

We would certainly recommend Lazy Susan as their customer service is very, very good. The answered the telephone promptly and when we suggested buying additional piece of furniture the representative pointed out its unsuitability for use with our existing furniture. Lazy Susan was a pleasure to deal with. Placing the order was very straight forward. Staff were pleasant and customer orientated. Delivery of the ***, Chairs and and Parasol Stand was equally efficient. I was highly delighted with the quality of the furniture and the assembly instructions were straightforward to follow. The product truly enhances my patio and I have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Susan to friends and others.

The garden furniture looks great. It was easy to assemble, almost self-explanatory. Beforehand, I had a look at the videos on the website. That was really easy! We had a little issue concerning our tabletop that was slightly damaged due the transport and the parasol base. Thanks to the super friendly customer service at Lazy Susan the problem was being solved quickly. Uncomplicated and competent! A+! I will definitely recommend Lazy Susan!

The garden furniture looks lovely, expeditious delivery!

Communications were brilliant. I inadvertently ordered the wrong sized parasol and the team at LS were quick to recognize the error and suggest a more appropriate size. They emailed and phoned to ensure the delivery time was not compromised. Very quick delivery, the 'before midday' option worked really well for me. The furniture is strong and durable (no wobbly tables). It takes a little time to assemble, about an hour for the table, half an hour for each chair, so needed to do it over a few sessions. Lovely furniture and enhances the garden.

We bought this garden furniture as a present for family in UK. There were no problems with delivery, nor with furniture assembly and they seem to be very pleased with how the furniture looks in their garden.
