Telephoned to order touch up paint, I was sent the paint and received within the week at no charge.
Brilliant service and if and when we look for new garden furniture we will only look at the Lazy Susan range. Many thanks.

This is the third time we've purchased from Lazy Susan so I think it goes without saying that we have been very pleased with the quality of the furniture. Prompt delivery and excellent customer service. When emailing with a query, I have always received a personal reply from one of the sales staff and was very pleased recently to receive my touch up paint which has magically restored a small chip on one of the tables. Would recommend to others.

Very good customer support. After 4 years, of standing outside all year, my table and chairs had a couple of small areas of peeling coating. Lazy Susan immediately offered to send a touch-up set of 2 special paints, which they sent out foc. Shame about the peeling coating (they are sold as chairs to leave outside all year), but good back-up service.
