Very easy to order online through easy to navigate website. Brilliant free next day delivery service. I have purchased the bistro set as a Christmas present so it has not yet been assembled.
Telephone numbers shown need to be active. Using the general number, rather than the one provided for special service, led to an exemplary customer experience that more than compensated for the number unavailable aggravation.
Purchased bistro set for 2. Main difficulty was in choosing from wide variety! Excellent service. Some of the best assembly instructions we've ever seen, easy to follow. Had a minor problem with the clip-on nut covers (bolt too long) - all of which was solved as soon as I phoned. So excellent customer support. I'll hope to order again from this company - perhaps a bench next time.

Excellent in every aspect
I purchased a bistro table, about a year ago.
I am entirely satisfied with the set, which is strong, well built and very good looking.
A year later, an impact appeared (maybe after taking a hit).
I therefore contacted Lazy Susan who sent me a touch up package, and for FREE.
So to summarize, this website is serious, efficient, sells good quality products and has a perfect customer service.

Order arrived with some delay, but the way was quite long after all...Packaging was adequate. But I was most impressed with the material: decent workmanship, very nice design, ergonomically formed chairs, complete order delivered (there was even a spare for every small piece...).
