I was a little apprehensive on ordering my table and chairs without seeing them, but as soon as my order was accepted. Lazy Susan fired into action. I liked the idea I was able to have control over delivery days, to suit me, and also being able to track the items. I found all my e mails were answered promptly with any queries. My furniture was delivered on the day stated in the most appalling thunder storm, by a cheerful driver. I was also apprehensive that my husband would find some fault or other, but no everything was great. Well packed and secure boxes, he had no trouble putting it all together, (nothing missing and everything fitted), and the quality of the finish is really good. I am absolutely thrilled to bits with it as it looks better than in the picture. Chairs very comfortable, nice and roomy, well made cushions finish it off. Sadly the weather has let me down and as yet we have not been able to use it, or take a picture. I am a completely satisfied customer and I would have no problem in recommending Lazy Susan to others.
