Timely delivery of excellent garden furniture.
Easy to assemble, light-weight, but appears very durable. I feel that it will serve us for many years.
Well designed.
Communication was good throughout the entire transaction. The table was well packaged, arrived without damage, and with no parts missing. The intricate design of the aluminium alloy casting was well defined and fettling of a good standard with minimal flashing remaining. The materials of construction were well chosen for their purpose - e.g. A2 stainless steel for threaded nuts. I liked that some adjustability was provided via the threaded feet. The powder coating seems to have been well done (time will tell) with a consistent finish. The table is sturdy and we have already received positive comments about how it looks. The reason for deducting one star was that the initially package was delivered to the wrong address and it took quite a lot of effort, on my part, to retrieve it.
Speedy dispatch and super quality of garden furniture
We called Lazy Susan on a Monday afternoon to discuss placing an order for garden furniture; the person we spoke to (Kenton in Customer Services) was extremely knowledgeable about the products.....and we placed the order. Just 3 days from placing the order, we received delivery - very efficient. We are very pleased with the quality of the cast aluminium furniture. Also, the fact that Lazy Susan provides samples was the differentiator and the reason we did not place an order with their competitors.
The lady who dealt with our order on the phone,could not have been more helpful.We completed the order on Wednesday(16.45)and were told the order would take from one week to two weeks.The goods arrived on Saturday-p.m.EXCELLENT.
