Competent customer service. Order transaction went fast and without any problems. Chairs and table are easy to assemble. Design and quality are good.
Very good and friendly communication. I changed my initial order and was being helped in a friendly and competent manner. The delivery was carried out quickly and packaged thoroughly. This was already my second order and I can highly recommend this company.
Easy to use website. The delivery was really fast - within a week to France from the UK and even arrived on the day it was expected to - which is very unusual for French deliveries! Can't comment on the item yet though as it's still in the box.
Although the furniture was in excellent condition the boxing of the table was badly damaged so I would suggest that your delivery partners are more careful when delivering.
My table and chair set arrived within 48 hours of ordering and when I realized my mistake of not ordering enough cushions, nothing was too much trouble in getting more ordered without any delivery charge. The furniture and cushions are of the utmost quality, every washer, spring washer, screw and bolt was present with an excellent pack of tools. They were not hard to assemble, but not completed in a few minutes either, but the finished result is fabulous. Well worth both the money and the effort to have a really sturdy well made garden set.
Ordering process simple, delivery was made at the expected time. The product was easy to put together and I am very pleased with the furniture.

We ordered from Lazy Susan for the first time. The process of ordering, the transaction and the delivery all went perfectly. Unfortunately, our table top was damaged due to the transport. After we've reported the damage they immediately sent us a new table top. The garden furniture were easy to assemble. Now we enjoy them to a great extent. We'll definitely order from Lazy Susan again.
