Easy to buy
That is the most important thing companies need to achieve
We ordered a table, four chairs and a bench. We are really pleased with them. The chairs are surprisingly comfortable with just the simple cushion. They look great in our garden and have already got quite a bit of use.
They require some assembly and it was easier with two people just because we had quite a bit of stuff to put together.
There was a small chip on one of the arms. This could have been done by me during assembly and it really isn't noticeable.
The delivery was quick and the delivery guy was friendly. They did try to deliver once without warning - despite saying they would give notice. The second time they did give notice and a delivery slot.
There was quite a lot of packaging; much of this was not recyclable. The packets for the nuts and bolts were a bit fiddly.
A few minor issues that were resolved quickly.
Better customer service than John Lewis.
