I have 2 benches and side table which i purchased a number of years ago which have been outside in all weathers and they still look as good as new. I have now purchased a bistro table and 2 chairs which were easily put together and just the same quality. Fantastic service as before. Thank you.

Website worked very well -easy to find most items and to order was simply. On my 'phone query to service/ customer centre (about buying an extra square table...which seems very pricy?) I was helped very well and was delighted with the service. It is a GREAT shame these great seats & tables are NOT MADE IN UK (as I think the website video.... sort of suggests???) but, of course at these fair prices they are entirely made, boxed and shipped from China.
That understood their are close looking competitors at lower prices...but I went for what seemed like (and remains so) a good quality and well run manufacturing & sales/ well branded operation.
The products arrived very well packed (er...maybe too much bubble wrap?) and condition /assembly kit as stated. The assembly tools are very bare minimum, (quite cheap really) poor in quality.... but they /and the basic instructions work well enough.
The seats and tables are of a well fitting and good construction /well designed and seem perfectly suited to stylish and secure outdoor seating.
I would recommend these as suitable and strong enough English outdoor furniture.
Delivery was within a couple of days - much quicker than expected. A minor issue was dealt with quickly and courteously. The quality of the table and chairs is excellent. A very goof experience overall.
Exactly what we were looking for; great quality and surprisingly comfortable chairs!!
We were able to go and see the furniture which is important as there have been times when bought things on line and they turn out not to be what you expected or quality not what you thought. Delivery was good and articles well packaged with nothing missing or broken.
This is my second purchase from lazy Susan ltd and once again the ordering process was so easy from their website delivery is so efficient and very quick and the quality of their garden furniture is truly impressive I certainly would not consider going anywhere else highly recommended

Our purchase was received and detailed instructions to put the table and chairs together were within the packaging, Well thought out! Very stylist but a couple of items are rough around the edges. However we are enjoying our two chairs and table.
