Placing the order was faultless using the well designed website. Delivery to the Isle of Wight was free and the furniture arrived on time and as agreed. It was well packed and assembly (in a cold garage), although taking a couple of hours was straight forward with all fixings supplied correctly.Due to the distortion nature of some aluminium castings however, one fixing on two chairs could not be used with the locking washers due to insufficient screw length .No problem and the furniture looks excellent on the wintery terrace .Many thanks for a great service and product.

We were delighted with our Lazy Susan 6 seater June bronze effect patio table and chairs . We ordered them recently and were impressed how easy it was to do so on the website, choosing extra cushion options etc... Free next day delivery was excellent - we were contacted the next day and asked when it was convenient to deliver, as well as a follow up email the next day also . The items arrived, really well packed and looked wonderful on our patio area. The whole procedure was easy and went smoothly . The items are very good quality and exactly as shown on the website. We visited the warehouse in Chichester and Steve, the manager, was very helpful showing the alternative chairs which helped our decision what to buy. Putting them together was straightforward and despite the weather we are now enjoying using them. At last no more repainting wooden furniture which eventually rots.
