My questions about the product were answered very quickly and I was also offered a free sample of the materials. The delivery was made via a local company and was uncomplicated as well. I am satisfied and hope that these beautiful products will last me for a long time.
I would definitely recommend your website to others. The furniture has not yet been delivered as I requested it for the 2nd October so I hope the delivery is as straight forward as the ordering process on your website.

The order, order confirmation and handing over to the logistic company was very quick and uncomplicated. After coordination the delivery arrived exactly on the day. Five parts of the delivery were damaged (damages by hits and scretches on the paintwork). After consultaion the provider sent new five parts for free. The commissioned logistic company, DPD, tried to deliver the parts after two hours upfront-information, and dropped off the parcel at a parcel shop. Despite extensive communication between AG, clients and DPD, no further delivery was possible (catastrophe). The ordered products comply with our expectations after the additional delivery.
I am delighted with the design of the whole garden set, the seats alone are true wonders. Package was received without any
worries, with an amiable deliveryman, we are greatly satisfied with the delivered products. Some difficulties in assembling the table, the holes were somewhat ill-centered, as for the seats all was perfect.
From order to delivery it was just one week. And that to Switzerland! Superb. The furniture is beautiful. Now I'm hoping that they will stay like that for many years.
I found this company really excellent to purchase from. Our furniture arrived even earlier than they promised and was packed beautifully. The videos of how to put the furniture together are very helpful and it did not take long to complete the task. The furniture itself is beautiful and I really get the sense that it will last for years.
I was consistently informed about every step of the order process - i.e. payment - delivery - by the company, and never had the feeling that I was being left alone - I knew how much of the process of ordering, paying, and receiving the goods was completed, when the goods were sent out, and when they were expected to be delivered. Even the driver was very keen on making a punctual delivery - everything went perfectly.
