Excellent service all round from ordering to actual delivery. April chairs build-up straight forward, good tolerances around bolt holes, however the June table build was not so straight forward. This was due to one pair of screw studs on the underside of table to accept the table leg was slightly out compared to the other three (3) pairs of screw studs. This can be overcome by having the table leg holes to which the studs go through slightly bigger....like the chairs! But overall well pleased with the product and looks good when fully completed.
I bought a June 4 seater oval table. The table was delivered within 24 hours, the quality is good, and I am satisfied with it. The sales chap was also very helpful.would recommend this retailer.
I am delighted with my new Lazy Susan garden furniture. Easy to assemble and looks terrific on my patio .
We are very happy with the product and the whole ordering process was easy and quick. Delivery was a little stressful because only Grandma was home and there was nobody to help the delivery man lift the boxes. It might be helpful to warn customers to have someone strong at home for delivery. Having said that, overall we have been pleased and would recommend Lazy Susan.

The only thing that I think you could improve in the areas of both quality of product and customer service relates to the seat cushions on our April chairs.. Although in most areas I feel that you are far superior even to competitors with much more expensive product,s there are many - including similarly priced and cheaper - who have cushions shaped to the seat rather than trying to squeeze a square cushion onto a smaller curved seat. The appearance is far superior. Hope this is helpful.

It was very quick from order to delivery - lots of boxes Looks nice - some of the chairs are a bit wobbly - my husband said the engineering wasnt amazing but i think its ok (but then he put it all together)
Ordering process was simple to follow and very efficient. Phone call day after to confirm order was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend you to others.
We received the above order, which was delivered on time and undamaged - however, while all the Rose chairs assembled well I had a problem when assembling the June table. As the accompanying instructions didn't suggest an order of assembly I connected all four legs to the centre piece (loosely) and offered this up to the lugs(bolts) on the underside of the table top. There was no way that they would line up to complete assembly, so I tried again by bolting each leg to the underside of the table (loosely) and then connecting the centre piece. This was more successful but the brackets on the centre piece seem to have been welded on incorrectly, such that there is no snug fit between any of the legs and the brackets on the centre piece. A bit disconcerting but when all the bolts were tightened the table seemed stable. We like the table, chairs and parasol but I feel the above problem needs to be addressed by your good selves, to avoid any future customer issues. The owner of the company contacted me very quickly and after asking what I wanted to do assured me that Lazy Susan would provide free replacement for any substandard parts of the set.
