The furniture arrived at the time the carrier said it would very well packed. The instructions and diagrams could be a little clearer although once i got my head around this it went smoothly. The oval table with 4 chairs and a bench look wonderful and are of excellent quality. I am very pleased indeed.
I got the EMILY table and APRIL chairs, and they are wonderful. The assembly was straight forward, I managed to do it mostly by myself, with my toddler "helping out". Table was a little trickier, but two of us did it and we are not diy. The delivery to Ireland was prompt. I'm really excited about the summer and really hope that the furniture can take on the Irish weather.
Furniture delivery was excellent. Unpacking and sorting everything was OK except the smaller table parts didn't match the instructions but was sorted out OK. Furniture looks great and is comfortable to use and has adjustable feet to level on uneven surfaces. Cleans easily.
I would recommend the company as far as the quality of the product. The delivery service needs improving. I was emailed that the furniture would arrive on a certain day. At 4pm I phoned Lazy Susan for information on the delivery and was told that it wouldn't be coming until the following day and that I would be called back and told when more precisely. No one phoned. I phoned back and was then told I would be phoned the next morning. I wasn't. I had to phone back and was finally told it would be coming that day and luckily it did. No one likes to plan an entire staying waiting for nothing. Bad manners.
