Ordered patio set to be delivered on Wednesday. It didn't arrive. Rang Gyles at LS who was told by the carrier Prestons of Potto that driver had run out of hours,and that it would be delivered tomorrow. It wasn't. Rang Dave at LS. He got in touch with Prestons of Potto who then phoned me to say the driver had run out of hours! And it would be delivered tomorrow. It was. I have no quibble with Lazy Susan whatsoever but I think they should ditch Prestons of Potto

Although I tried to order on line 1 Table and 3 Chairs I found it difficult so picked up the phone and was looked after by a very helpful gentleman. My order arrived just as explained. Great service. I am very pleased with my patio furniture it looks really nice.
Friendly service, flexible over delivery and very well packed. Assembly wasn't difficult but time wasted due to poor instructions - I have sent marked up corrections, so hope those changes will be made for the benefit of future customers!
Quite comfortable - for my legs, the front edge of the seat is a tiny bit too high but I haven't tried with a cushion yet.
Time will tell as to how well it withstands British summers.
I have waited for a bit before reviewing to reflect. I'm still very pleased with my purchase. I wanted to find comfortable sturdy chairs and a table that were easy for one person to move round the garden and that could be left out all year without deterioration. Aluminium seemed a better bet than wood or coated steel. They fit the bill.
These are generously proportioned chairs and they have feet that have not sunk into the grass in use. The chairs feel solid and are made in one piece. I was wary of bolt together models. I like the arm rests, they are super comfortable. The cushions are not essential in use.
The ability to see the range at the showroom was great, in my case, it was even on a Bank Holiday. Customer service was impeccable as was the delivery on items that I could not fit in the car. So full marks all round!
I ordered the table online around midday, and it arrived midday the following day - can't beat that.
Everything as it should be - would most certainly recommend you to others.
The screws for the lower section need to be 2 mm longer to make fixing easier. The manufacturer should improve the paint finish to the top of the table
Good price of garden furniture from an excellent company. in terms of buying and delivery this service was spot on.
The order process was simple and I was contacted via email to clarify my order of a particular item. Unfortunately the delivery was incomplete but a quick phone call put this right and the table was delivered next day. We love the garden furniture and will probably buy more from Lazy Susan.
