Parcel Delivery
For all 4 or 6 seater tables sets that include self-assembly chairs, we will send this order through Parcelforce Large parcel service. The items are hand delivered and are provided with a tracking number. Delivery can be made within one working day. If you require urgent delivery, please call our office.

Pallet Delivery
FBy selecting one of the stacking chair models (Jane, Mary or Maria), your order will be delivered by Geodis on a wooden pallet on an appointment basis. Geodis will call you to confirm the date and time slot of your convenience for the delivery. Please make sure you provide at least one or two contact phone numbers.
Please note: All pallets are delivered to the kerbside ie. your front door.
Signing for delivery: When receiving a delivery, please take a couple of minutes to check the condition of the packaging. If you suspect any damage, please accept the product but write one of the following statements on the delivery note: “damage to tabletop”, “damage to 2 x chairs”, “damage to parasol”. When unpacking, you will certainly notice that the products are in perfect condition. But if this is not the case, do not worry. Please just email us some pictures of the damages and we will sort it out for you!

The furniture is excellent
The furniture is excellent, however one of my chair legs cracked and the team were really responsive in providing a replacement leg, thank you.
Good, strong, well designed product
Some initial confusion over chair styles from website however resolved with a phone call. Appears to be a good, strong and well designed product, however although assembly now completed OK, we may have to wait for a now unlikely late summer day(s) before we try out. Very pleased with overall standard of service together with unexpected speedy delivery. Returning buyer of Lazy Susan garden furniture.
The quality is great
The order was delivered super quickly and the garden furniture is easy to assemble! The quality is great. The furniture looks lovely and is easy to keep clean. I would have given 5 stars but one arm of a chair was already damaged so that I had to arrange a replacement. This went without problems though and they sent us a spare part after just a few days. Unfortunately, this wasn't the right spare part so I had to contact them again. Before the right spare part arrived we had to fall back on alternative chairs for a garden party we threw. Other than that I would definitely order again from Lazy Susan. Thank you for the pretty and comfortable garden furniture.
Very pleased
Order procedure was fine, no issues. Everything came as expected, packaging was fine,some bits were already part assembled. The table is very sturdy and just the right height, we are also very pleased with the chairs, being stackable they will be so much easier to store away in the winter One point re the table - the central area beneath the table could be designed with a bottom which could be used to store bits and pieces which you may not want on the table top.
