Although I have placed and order for the MIA set it is on forward delivery so cannot really complete this questionnaire as though placing the order easy, still have to asses delivery etc. and if delivered at promised time.
We required a weatherproof table and four chairs to fit a small patio area. Visited the showroom, talked to the boss, who helped us make our selection of the Mia 90cm table and four Jane chairs. Very pleased with the resulting purchase. Four people enjoyed a comfortable lunch

The website is not quite clear about delivery cost. Europe = paying. / Belgique = Europe = France. Clarification was immediate and reassuring about the reliability of Lazy Susan.
The despatch, tracking and delivery were spot on. One of the boxes was deficient some fixing parts which was immediately reported to the vendor who responded by sending the parts the next day. A small glitch well responded to, great servce. Product looks great too graces my new patio. Smashing value and stylkng on the added bonus Rose Bistro set. I would recommend highly from my experiences.
Ordered the furniture on monday morning and received by 10.30 the following morning. Everything received in good condition and easy to assemble. Looks great and would definitely recommend to others.
