Absolutely nothing to criticise from order to delivery. Only a small "problem" when assembling the table, where I did not quite understand the description or the explanation is not clear enough . I took a photo so as to send it to you but how?

Delivery was prompt and the table and chairs well wrapped on the pallet - all arrived safely! Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful in sorting out the details of my order and the table assembled easily - although possibly the paper instructions could have been a little fuller... but it was all obvious and well backed up by the video clip on the web. Some guidance on how tight to screw the nuts would have been helpful - given the relative softness of the aluminium casting to the steel bolts. I should have preferred the company sticker on the edge, rather than the top, of the table (I am not sure whether it can be pulled off without damaging the paint finish). But all these are minor points. I was/am very happy with the product - the chairs are very comfortable (more so than I was expecting!) and the table fits in well.
An excellent service, all round. Easy website to order the garden furniture required, good pictures of furniture which enables you to make an informed choice. Like the gallery section where you can see the furniture in situ. Delivered on the date I chose, with emails along the way re delivery. Delighted with the furniture, packed extremely well to avoid dents and scratches. Absolutely fantastic service and goods. No hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Extremely quick delivery .. easy to assemble and looks great on my patio Just a slight niggle .. it took longer to remove the packaging than assemble the furniture which was frustrating - however on the plus side the furniture was not damaged
