Good website and good product, well packed and delivered as specified. The customer photos added a great dimension to the selection process. Delighted with end result! Didn't go for the cushions as no examples immediately to hand on the web site and we already had some that would probably do.
The website is very clear, and we were able to choose easily the table that is convenient for us. We took the Catherine oval table with 6 April chairs. We were a little concerned about the product as we had not seen it, but on delivery this was completely matching our expectation. The carrier had us called to arrange a convenient delivery date. The table had a small defect, some paint had left on a 2 cm² surface. We called Lazy Susan, and the very nice person speaking offered to send us a painting kit, which we agreed on. We had also ordered the little bistro table with two chairs, and this is really beautiful. While being at it we ordered a second table for our second patio, the Amy table, with April chairs again. In a nutshell, we are very happy.

Speed of delivery, even if the courrier did not respect the agreed delivery time. Very easy to assemble table, excellent product. Small drawback: Paint flakes on a leg.
