Order and delivery fine, although it came in two batches couple of days apart. Good looking furniture, unused as yet so will reserve judgment. Just what we wanted though.
Fantastic service and a great product we love it
Ordering was uncomplicated and friendly. When paying I was skeptical of having to transfer it to England. Eventually you should provide German account details. But everything went fine.
The damage was resolved quickly and without problems.
Table came quickly and in good order. Instructions for assembly could be better. Had to get a neighbour in to help. He had a strong set of spanners which were better than the ones supplied. But we got it together and it looks good. Waiting for better weather so we can sit on us.

The product is very pretty, it was delivered quickly. Even though I live in Austria I didn't have to pay for any delivery expenses. Simply great!
The product we ordered was delivered quickly. The quality of the garden furniture is respectable. Only the bronze paint is a little susceptible. One little complaint we had (a faulty mechanism) was handled in a friendly and professional manner. All in all we're very pleased.
The table and the chairs are a feast for the eyes. The chairs could be slightly bigger. This shouldn't be a problem though if one has standard dimensions. Unfortunately, my swapped Lazy Susan had the same defect as the first one. The bearing is really bad so I can't recommend it! I would order the table and the chairs again. The assembly is quite easy and the quality is good as well.
