Very high quality products. Perfect packaging. Expected delivery time respected and quick delivery.
We went to the showroom before deciding to buy and were impressed with the quality of the product and the huge stock that they carried. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having placed the order, the following day we made a change to the chair cushions we had chosen. This was not a problem and the sales girl happily made the change we requested. The chairs and table were delivered on the day we expected but unfortunately there was minor damage to the parasol. This was replaced within 48hrs without quibble. We had excellent service from Lazy Susan and would not hesitate to recommend them and their products.
Simply brilliant quality and outstanding service - don't mess about with other products these are really good - make sure you don't select the self assembly chairs - go for the stackable ones that doesn't need the hassle of construction
We ordered pretty much the full program and keep being impressed by how well the new garden furniture is performing. Because of the quantity of furniture it took us three days to build it, but it was very easy. We received the reward afterwards. We're happy, especially as the furniture has been described by our guests as 'unusually noble'. Good quality and excellent workmanship, and the bonus: rain and bad weather are guaranteed not to have any effect. This surely wasn't our last order from Lazy Susan, seeing that there is a lot still left on our wish list. Excellently friendly service on the phone, even if it gets a bit difficult at times, immediate response to questions and no problems with some extra deliveries. All in all I can only recommend. For us A* for highest quality goods and service personnel!

Fast - efficient . In short: very good impression
Very nice and solid outdoor table and chairs. Screws are made from INOX to avoid corrosion. Setting up is easy. However to ensure that all legs of the chair are even I recommend to have someone to sit down on it while tightening the screws. Delivery was swift and parts arrived well packed.
Very happy with our new garden furniture that we had already appreciated at a family member's place.
Only small downside, when assembling the chairs we followed your instructions and 16 spring washers were missing.

Since we were delivered on August 14th, we are extremely satisfied with the acquired garden furniture including the oval table with
