Our largest furniture sets will be delivered by Simply Parcels or via the Pall-Ex network. Depending on the size of your order, this will either be a 1 or 2 man delivery.For all 2 man deliveries, your furniture will carefully be delivered to your garden, patio or outdoor space, ready for you to assemble.Please provide a mobile number when ordering, as this will allow the courier to update you with tracking and delivery times.
For orders being sent out with Simply Parcels, you will be contacted via text or email within 7/10 working days of your order to arrange with you a delivery time for your goods.
For orders delivered through the Pall-ex network, your order will leave our warehouse within 7 working days of your order date, then be delivered by pallet and placed in front of your property, for you to take charge of.
You will be contacted by the courier making the palletised delivery within 24 to 48 hours of the goods leaving our warehouse, so that they can arrange the delivery with you.

We are delighted with our new Lazy Susan table and chairs, which are of excellent quality. Even though the items were well packaged, the table top was unfortunately damaged in transit. Lazy Susan sent us a brand new table top and their couriers picked up the old table top for free. Very satisfied with the excellent customer service and products.
Delighted with our purchase, very well designed and straight forward to assemble, but care needs to be taken not to over tighten the bolts fixed in the Aluminium frame under the table

The service was perfect despite the cirucmstances. The first table received was damaged during transport however, the replacement table was sent very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. AOK ordered garden furniture which was delivered quickly
So far so good. Very helpful when ordering by phone. Goods not expected for about a week at least.
Well made, looks great and delivered promptly. Am already enjoying using it all. I had one quick question about springwashers that LazySusan answered on the phone. Easy to put together but does take some time. Better to use proper spanners, sockets and screwdrivers than the temporary ones sent.
Despite an issue with delivery dates which was resolved by the Lazy Susan customer support team i am thrilled with the furniture although it did take 4 hours for my husband to put it all together but the result was worth it. It looks amazing and can't wait to put the cushions on the seats
