Our largest furniture sets will be delivered by Simply Parcels or via the Pall-Ex network. Depending on the size of your order, this will either be a 1 or 2 man delivery.For all 2 man deliveries, your furniture will carefully be delivered to your garden, patio or outdoor space, ready for you to assemble.Please provide a mobile number when ordering, as this will allow the courier to update you with tracking and delivery times.
For orders being sent out with Simply Parcels, you will be contacted via text or email within 7/10 working days of your order to arrange with you a delivery time for your goods.
For orders delivered through the Pall-ex network, your order will leave our warehouse within 7 working days of your order date, then be delivered by pallet and placed in front of your property, for you to take charge of.
You will be contacted by the courier making the palletised delivery within 24 to 48 hours of the goods leaving our warehouse, so that they can arrange the delivery with you.

Good product... and ideal for environments like ours that are exposed to the sea. Very pleased with our garden furniture and the friendly and helpful staff when we phoned. Order delivered quickly. Fairly OK to assemble, if a little time-consuming, but I would suggest using proper spanners rather than the small supplied ones... it will speed up assembly considerably! Thanks for everything.

Customer service was excellent could not be more helpful rang me a few times to tell me where my order was as I could not track it, he then phoned to tell me what time it would arrive. Cannot comment on the furniture as we have not unpacked it yet.
Table and chairs look very nice (a bit too cold yet to try them out properly). Assembly easy but there were no spring washers with the table as advised on the assembly sheet. Customer support / delivery were good. Would recommend. We have not yet received our bistro table and chairs that were offered free with this order
I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service you provided.
I ordered 11am on Weds, and Thursday morning the items were delivered. Even the delivery driver didn’t give up when I didn’t hear him on the first attempt.
I bought a daily deal - expecting it to be missing parts or even parts 2nd hand. This was absolutely not the case. All the screws were shrink wrapped - so no chance of missing bolts or incorrect number of screws. Items were delivered in pristine condition. So easy to put together!
