Customer service excellent. Delivery extremely quick with great tracking service. Could tell almost to the minute when it would be delivered!!! Bench was exactly as seen on website and easily assembled. In all a faultless on line service.
Thank you to the lady who took my order she was really helpful..delivery was perfect arrived at the time and on the day requested.. Assembly of the Sandra Table and Jasmine Bench went very well (and I'm in my 70's) one minor thing if like me you think the plastic covers for the nuts seem perhaps a little loose you mayfind this tip usefull I used a small amount of Bluetak. I would recommend Lazysusan they represent excellent value for money.
The. Carrier only delivered one item on next day delivery. Therefore I had to ring lazy Susan for the second parcel which arrived the day after. The staff were excellent in sorting this. Pleased with my purchases.

Excellent in every way. I bought a slate coloured bench and could not be more pleased with it. But please make a smaller coffee table and in a matching colour: size 1000 x 350 x 450mm high! Some of us have small sitting out areas!

Very pleased with our purchase, it took 45 minutes to build, I think you need two pairs of hands ideally. Something that would have been helpful in the instructions was to mention that the legs have to be really quite loosely tightened, this enables the back seat rest to be placed easily. i ordered a seat cushion which fits perfectly, just need the weather to improve now!
