Very pleased with our purchase, it took 45 minutes to build, I think you need two pairs of hands ideally. Something that would have been helpful in the instructions was to mention that the legs have to be really quite loosely tightened, this enables the back seat rest to be placed easily. i ordered a seat cushion which fits perfectly, just need the weather to improve now!

Item arrived next day and looks great.
This was a very easy transaction indeed. The website was very clear and easy to use. The only small suggestion I could make is that it would have been helpful if the colours available for each bench were highlighted in a stronger way as we wanted a bench that wasnt antique bronzed. This is a minor thing though and is meant constructively. Delivery was on time as expected and most of all, the product is great and seems good quality and value. Would definitely recommend to others
Only one small hiccup as the company name was omitted when delivery was attempted - therefore delivery was not made until the following day. However, everyone was very informative and it arrived as promised in the times stated, Have not opened the package yet as this is for a birthday present next week, and we will then put the bench/table together and surprise our friend. Pleased with the service though, and would order from Lazy Susan again ( hopefully both items will look lovely when erected).
Very satisfied with everything. I ordered my bench on Sunday I had an email immediately confirming it straight away. I then had an email asking when I would like it delivered!! I was then informed on the day what time , the delivery drivers name. It was delivered within the one hour slot they said. The bench is perfect it fits into my new garden just right. I am so pleased with the service I am currently looking on the website for more items. I will definitely be ordering from them again
