Having ordered the April table & chairs last year, we decided a bench would complete our requirements on the patio. Again, not a long wait for delivery, well packed, instructions easy to follow. We now have a super set of furniture in our back garden.
I expect that our experience was not normal for this company since we had difficulties with both product quality and delivery. However, the company did its best to rectify the situation and I would recommend others to visit the website. Have given feedback direct to the company.
Excellent service and quick delivery. Good, quality products and easy assembly although had minor issue with the bench as one connector tapping not fully reamed out.
I ordered a slate metal bench with an expected in stock date of 05/07/17 now its 17/07/17. I don't feel confident this will be in stock
Excellent product delivered on time. The only criticism is that the instructions for where the washers are put should be clearer. Another customer made the same point.
