Order was taken and ok however there were problems with the bench and this it's self took a long time to sort out, a new complete bench was delivered and was in good condition, as it should have been in the first place.
The Bench is great, well made and easy to put together and it matches some chairs we already have. I originally ordered from ***, but their delivery people were useless as they lost the order TWICE! but when I ordered it direct from you it came very quickly and we are pleased with it..
The bench I ordered is comfortable. The customer service was second to none. I originally ordered the bench through *** were unable to fulfill the order "twice". So I contacted Lazy Susan while I paid a little more going direct than through ***, Lazy Susan were able to give me day the behind would be delivered. The bench was delivered on time no fuss the courier was polite and friendly. Lazy Susan excellent customer service. Excellent delivery. Lovely product. Fab!!!
Great bench, excellent quality and efficient arrival
Excellent service from ordering right through to delivery. The bench was very easily to put together ad looks stunning. I also bought the seat cover and small table to complete the set. Love it!
product was out of stock,but company informed us with option to cancel order. Bench arrived promptly a week later. My daughter and I had no problem putting together. looks lovely and nice to sit on. Was recommended by a friend. Hope for years of rust free use. Would order from Lazy Susan again.
The goods are great, made to a high specification & relatively easy to assemble. My only problem was with delivery from Parcelforce - the www had indicated stock would not be available until early May - however there was some & I got insufficient notice to make arrangements. Parcelforce miscommunication & no communication caused significant problems. Lazy Susan did helpfully intervene, but unfortunately to little effect. It is all here now, assembled & out in the garden, looking great.
