Lovely garden bench, second one i've purchased after 2 years. Fast Delivery
I was very happy with the garden bench I ordered. Instructions to put it together were clear and easy to follow, it looks good and it was delivered very quickly. Excellent service!!

I was very pleased with the speed of delivery as the item arrived just 2 days after placing the order despite the country being in lock down. The item was relatively easy to assemble although another pair of hands would have been useful. It looks smart and sturdy.
I have been impressed with all aspects of my order...very helpful customer service, fast delivery and an excellent product. I'm really pleased with my new garden bench.
Happy to recommend the bench as we are very happy with it. We were slightly disappointed that the website said delivery was 3-4 days, only once the order was completed & paid for were we made aware there would be a small delay. Actually we would still have ordered it, but would have preferred to be given that information prior to completing the sale.
Well packed and easy to assemble but bolts holding seat back not long enough to use spring washer supplied. Bench overall is well made but does not feel solid to sit on as it moves a bit, despite all bolts being checked for tightness.
We are average weight.
Quality products well packaged and delivered quickly. Quick and efficient email responses. The only point to improve would be the classic method of payment by mastercard and / or visa, which didn't work for me despite a few attempts. Used PayPal with the same bank card worked the first time.
