Superb service. Although the umbrella had faded after only 2 years I decided to purchase another one. Great service from start to finish.
The parasol we ordered was delivered promptly. Unfortunately the pole had been slightly dented in the delivery process, but after a very polite telephone response, a new pole was sent to me within a couple of days.
