Communication was more than great! I placed the wrong order so I said I wanted to cancel it and place a new one. Was instantly contacted via email to resolve the 'confusion'. Goods still arrived before estimated delivery date. Really good value products. They look great and are very stable. Assembly wasn't a problem either. Everything as described on the website. SUPERB!!!!
Very high quality on so many levels: reaching out to the company, garden furniture matching the descriptions and order, the garden furniture itself and its accessories (cushions, parasols), colour matching the sample sent, delivery... Would recommend!
Excellent commercial service, a prompt delivery and a nice looking sturdy table that is easy to assemble. After a long search and hesitation, i finally decided to get an 8seater, and i must admit that i am not displeased with it. I can only recommend Lazy Susan, great.
