We are delighted to share with you an update from our ongoing Do Some Good partnership with the British Heart Foundation.
Since we started our partnership, Lazy Susan has donated 1300 garden furniture sets with a value of around £115,000 that the BHF can then sell in their stores to raise much-needed funds.
Together, in 2023, we introduced a Free Collection Service for our customer’s pre-loved furniture, and so far they’ve donated close to £7,000 worth of furniture, which is also subsequently sold in the BHF furniture stores.
Tiffany Jackson, Partnerships Executive sent us the following message:
"I wanted to express our sincere thanks at the BHF for Lazy Susan’s continued support. A total raised of £121,501.51 is a monumental achievement and something we hope you are immensely proud of.”
About the BHF
The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is focused on funding research into cardiovascular disease, providing support and care for those affected by heart conditions, and promoting heart health education and awareness.
Established in 1961, the BHF is the UK's largest and most well-known heart charity. They fund research into causes, prevention, treatment, and cures for heart and circulatory diseases, which include conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, and heart failure.
Additionally, they provide support services for patients and their families, fund specialist nurses, and advocate for good heart health policies.
About our Do Some Good initiative
Our Do Some Good initiative has been up and running since 2015 and it is well on its way to raising £500,000 by the end of 2024 for some wonderful charities in the UK and overseas.
In 2023 we launched our Million Pound Challenge, whereby the Lazy Susan team aims to raise £1,000,000 for our chosen charity partners by the end of 2027.
The campaign not only helps raise funds for causes close to our hearts but it also raises awareness of our charity partners and encourages consumers to consider the social impact of their garden furniture purchase.

You can help us to give your pre-loved garden furniture a new home by donating them to this amazing charity and help fund life-saving research into heart diseases, strokes, and vascular dementia:

The team will then pick up your furniture quickly and efficiently
All you need to do before you arrange the collection is to make sure it's clean and inspect for any damage.
Your furniture will be going on to a new garden, so we want them to be in the best condition, so please make sure it is free of any dirt and there is no damage such as chips and scratches, etc.
Please note that for quality and safety reasons, the British Heart Foundation can only collect pre-loved garden furniture that is in a useable condition.
