Very helpful and very good service & delivery
Our table and 4 chairs arrived well packed and on time. We found the assembly a bit tricky, but the items look good and seem very solid now they are finished.
The price was excellent and my only difficulty is that the chair legs are taller than I realised and my feet do not sit flat on the ground. I am 5'4'' and had not encountered this problem with patio seats we tried in Garden Centres. My husband is 6' with long legs and he finds the chairs just fine.
I ordered a table and four chairs, plus parasol, base and seat cushions. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. The table and chairs are good quality and look very nice.
The chairs did take a while to put together though, and the instructions could have been a little clearer but I managed.
The ordering process was simple and I was kept informed about delivery, etc. at each stage. The delivery itself was prompt, and all items very well packaged.\n\nI've enjoyed using the table in the recent hot sunny weather and I'm looking forward to using it more in the months and years to come.
Good quality furniture with excellent reductions on additional items. One item of order did not arrive with the rest but my e-mail query was answered and dealt with immediately so I was happy with the service.\nOnly downside is cost to return items.
Our order was dealt with absolutely no problems, and delivery was as explained to us with no problems. Th only snag we had was with our table which had a manufacturing fault with one of the threaded holes which accept the studs securing the legs. Luckily I'm a mechanical sort of chap and I had a set of taps handy to address the issue. Otherwise it would have meant going all through the return process which would have taken a fair bit of time I'd imagine given our rural location. All OK now and took me 1/2 hour or so to fix the problem, just a bit of a quality control issue. And I've probably just voided any warranty now, oops.
After having searched numerous websites for a patio dining set, I found the ones on lazy Susan of extremely good quality and value for money. I purchased a patio furniture set with parasol and seat covers and when it arrived it was exactly as I saw it on-line. The quality was excellent as was the service and the delivery was on time. Definitely would recommend using this site.
Excellent response on the telephone to our questions & impressed with the order tracking & Email follow up before delivery. Quick response when part of the order was missing. Will certainly recommend lazy susan.
The white small caps are a bit too big to cover the bolts satisfactorily.
