Everything went just fine. Phone service competent as well. The was send from England and the delivery was carried out by GLS in Germany. Nonetheless it went quickly. The assembly is easy even if one's not experienced. It's easier with one's own tools, but that's not a problem. We would definitely order again. We weren't able to find something that's comparable in Germany. We're very satisfied!

Have just bought 2 April chairs & Anna table. Brilliant. Solid/sturdy. Rubbers on feet. Little caps to put over bolts. Finished off beautifully. Very pleased. Also the courier they use is great. You can track the delivery to within minutes. Great service all round. Yes--would recommend them to others.
We ordered 2 x carver chairs, a table & a bench - we were missing 12 protection caps for the feet of the chairs and bench. Having said that, the order was placed about lunchtime on a Wednesday & our furniture was at our home at 11.10am the next day (Thursday) Less than 24hrs - to say we were gobsmacked is an understatement. We erected the furniture, found that the caps were missing, phoned up and the caps arrived the next day (Friday)in the post. Pleased with the furniture & absolutely superb service. Well done Lazy Susan!!
Very nice table, good enough weight to withstand even a gale force wind! Easy to assemble and a good size for a smallish patio while still roomy enough for 4 place settings.
I bought this furniture with my 40th birthday money from the family and I love it! It's sturdy, well made and very attractive. It was easy to build and we've already had lots of compliments! Would definitely buy again from this company as the whole process from ordering to delivery was brilliant! Thank you!
