The furniture is perfect and was easy to assemble. The courier arrived during the allocated time slot.
Excellent Shopping Experience. Items were clearly illustrated to make things as easy as possible for the customer. My patio set was delivered on time, within the one hour time slot, easy to assemble and looks really good.
There was an error in the picking at the warehouse and the wrong colour of chairs was received. This was quickly rectified, but necessitated delivery of the correct items followed by another lorry and driver for the collection of the incorrect items. Would have thought delivery and pickup could have been performed by one lorry and driver.
Easy to use site. Shame miscommunication led to being downgraded to good otherwise would have been excellent. Very friendly helpful staff led to quick resolution. Excellent product and so easy to assemble with tools provided.
